Title:  Marketing Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to support the marketing team in executing successful campaigns.
This role will be responsible for managing campaign timelines, coordinating asset collection, and ensuring projects stay within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to keep campaigns on track and aligned with business objectives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure marketing campaigns are executed on schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to collect and organize campaign assets.
  • Track campaign budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively find solutions to keep projects moving.
  • Facilitate communication across marketing, creative, and other key stakeholders.
  • Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency in campaign execution.

Experience:
  • 3+ years of project management experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Airtable and Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
