We have an urgent opportunity for OD & Workforce Planning Expert position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• With minimum 10 years of experience in talent field for Oil and Gas consultation/talent acquisition, oversee productivity at companies by assessing, analyzing, and reporting employee productivity at the individual, departmental and institutional levels.
• Well experience in workforce plan, identifying workforce future risks and issues, analyzing and forecast personnel supply and demand.
• Strong management, planning, organization, communication, technical skills, develop and analyze strategic plans workforce.
• Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office, software & technical program.
• Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading & reporting).
