Job description
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Procurement Administrator, based in Aberdeen.
Responsibilities:
- Embeds company's Values and associated behaviours into their everyday work and interactions, continuously learning and developing associated competencies and behaviours.
- Great communication skills that inform/shares knowledge clearly and unambiguously and also implements and embeds change. Builds rapport and is able to influence in a constructive way / skilled at influencing decision makers on complex topics.

- Networks effectively internally and externally, creating an immediate, positive and credible impression on others. Leads other parties in conversations on the important issues and use persuasive contributions to influence change and action.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Understanding of procurement processes and policies is preferred.
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Describe level of education required to carry out the role competently and effectively.
- Degree educated.
- Describe depth/breadth of experience required to carry out the role competently and effectively.
- Experience with SAP, Contiki, ERP, Master Data Management, or other Procurement Systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role in an E&P organisation.
