Technical Competency Assessor

We have an urgent opportunity for Technical Competency Assessor position.

Below details for reference:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrument or equivalent.
• With 9DI-A1 Assessor or D32/D33/D34.
• With L&D 11-V1 Verifier.
• With minimum 7-10 years of experience in similar role within Oil & Gas industry, preferable in Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Chemicals and Petroleum processes.
• Experience in senior/lead role dealing with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas offshore/onshore, petrochemical or refinery plant in operations or maintenance.
• Understanding of the Competence & Skills Pool team and its role in Competency Management and compliance.
• Good coaching and mentoring skills.
• Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office, software & technical program.
• Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading & reporting).
