Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Technical Assistant with our Operator client based in the City Centre. this is initially a 6 month contract with the potential to go on longer term.
Candidates must be available to start on or before the 27th January and has a proven background in either project administration or ideally as a technical assistant with database and reporting experience.
Our client operates a 3/2 hybrid working pattern and a half day Friday.
The Technical Assistant will provide support to the Production team, primarily through production data requests and validation; forecast assimilation; and reporting. Providing general operational support including preparation of reports, forecasts and submitting applications to meet our regulatory requirements.
Success will be in ensuring that the production data analysis and reporting systems are maintained to allow the performance of the operated assets to be measured and losses to be clearly identified. This role will also continue to support Logistics as required. Supporting Logistics for offshore Operations, including but not limited to: flight bookings, amendments to the POB, liaison with ABZ Airborne and vendors, and travel booking for employees. General administrative tasks such as organising meetings, preparing minutes, updating documents, preparing weekly reports, etc as required for the Production team or Operations Manager.
